PGD coil dryer can heat not only by the shell but also by the internal rotor,greatly increasing the drying area,improving the thermal efficiency and ensuring the complete drying of materials.The dryer is composed of a horizontal shell and a heating rotor with several heating tubes.Heating tubes are provided with a stocker with an adjustable angle,which can heat the materials and push the materials to the discharge end while working.The steam distribution device in the spindle can make the steam evenly distributed to each heating coiler.Steam flows within the coiler,making the heating coiler keep a constant temparature.The condensate will be discharged through a special device at the end of the shaft.
This equipment is characterized by high drying efficiency,long service life and low maintenance frequency and finds extensive applications in the field of animal protein,plant protein,food,and harmless treatment.According to different propertites of materials,the dryer can be constructed of carbon steel,stainless steel 304,316 L and dual phase steel.
